This short sweet time of year when we celebrate the great pumpkin! We get an excuse to play with our food! ….Has anybody actually bought a whole pumpkin to cook it?? Nobody I know! Either way, it’s all about the search for the perfect pumpkin!
Kids and adults alike with love the many options we are lucky to choose from around Elk Grove! We have 3 farms within the area!
Keema’s Pumpkin Farm was founded in 2007 on a small farm that the Keema family has owned, operated and resided upon for more than 100 years.
Since we started, we have focused on providing our guests with a good product at a fair price and an enjoyable experience when they visit. This sentiment is reflected in our motto: “Come enjoy the country.” We are truly sincere in that sentiment.

Fog Willow Farms – Wilton
Nestled along the banks of the sleepy Cosumnes River lies a beautiful 9 acre farm. It is situated just a quick 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento, Folsom, and Lodi. It is only 10 minutes from the heart of Elk Grove. Here at Fog Willow Farms, you and your family/friends can experience all of the fun and excitement of the old farm in the country.
Fog Willow is not a farm that you will find mazes, cannons, and scary creatures. Fog Willow is a friendly, safe, exciting “Edu-Tainment” farm where you can celebrate all that is agriculture, all that is family and all that is fun.
The Pumpkin Farm is only open to the general public between September 30th and October 31st
The Roemer Pumpkin Patch was opened in 1995, encompasses 30 acres of land and is part of a full functioning family farm with over 500 acres. The pumpkin patch area includes 13 acres of planted pumpkins of vary from sizes, colors and varieties to choose from. Come out while the pumpkins are fresh and pick them off the vines or you can also choose from a large selection of pre-harvested pumpkins. Bring gloves to protect your hands if you will be picking your own out of the field.
Entrance, parking and the hayrides are all free, you just need to pay for your pumpkins, corn maze and any refreshments.
They have an impressive corn maze for adults and older kids, and a cute hay bail maze for the little’s!
